Asia

Job Objective

Performing work that crosses the boundaries between engineering and project management. The proiect engineer has to take the direction from IE & PM management, PMO as well as lead plant and lead the local team to implement new projects in Segment. Project engineer is the focal point for activities during new proiect launch.

Requirements for Position

l  Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with engineering or management major.
  • Working experience in related position, preferably in the automotive industry and in multinational company.
  • Strong organization skills and planning skills, integrity, preciseness and a good team player.
  • Good problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of product and process development skill.
  • Knowledge of quality planning and checking skill, clear of at customer requirements satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skill at office software, modelling skill a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, control and coordinate detailed phases of projects
  • Prepare relevant project documentation and audits. Implement, update and continuously improve project management related processes.
  • Planning/process improvement and cross departmental coordination. Collect,consolidate all investment project information and prepare relevant for the top management.
  • Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Catensys regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attendrelevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor.
