Whistleblower Protection Act
The Catensys Group’s independent reporting office is responsible for reports of specific or potential legal violations by company employees.
In addition to management, regional management, executives and the HR department as traditional points of contact, an independent external reporting office is also available to employees and external whistleblowers.
Employees, business partners, customers or other third parties can use various reporting channels (email/phone) to report any specific indications of a violation.
This enables risks to be identified at an early stage and appropriate countermeasures to be initiated if necessary.
Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers have top priority. Any form of discrimination against employees or contractual partners because of a report made in good faith is excluded. If desired, the report can also be made anonymously. In this case, we will not take any steps to establish the identity of the person making the report.
To avoid legal risks, all employees can contact their superiors and the relevant specialist departments if they have any questions.
